Common Solutions & Troubleshooting
Antivirus False Positives
Many users encounter antivirus warnings when installing Ferdium. This is a common false positive because Ferdium is a newer, less-known application.
Solutions:
- Add Ferdium to your antivirus whitelist/exclusions
- Verify the download came from official GitHub releases
- Check file hash if available for verification
- Report false positives to your antivirus vendor
High Memory Usage
If Ferdium is using too much memory, there are several optimization strategies you can implement.

- Enable "Unload services when not in use" in settings
- Reduce the number of active services

Notifications Not Working
